This was such a fun build! The build lasted 4 months. We gutted this home all the way down the frame and rebuilt it. 

The house was originally built in 1947 by a man named William Walther, which ended up being Jeremy’s ( the home-owners) Uncle Willys father! The wood in the original home was used from an old church that had been torn down in Warda, Tx. We found boards throughout the home that read “ Lehmann Lumber Company-1909”! How cool is that? We took this old farmhouse and gave it a new life.
